Weightlifting and/or Conditioning

Half Hour: $15.00

I can work with ages 5-100!  The training I assist you with is one-on-one and personal. Whether it is Fitness and Conditioning without weights or Weight Training, such as, hypertrophy (Gaining muscle size) or Firming up and Conditioning only, I will help you get started in a wonderful and healthy lifestyle that can add years to your life!

Again, the benefits of lifting weights include building muscle, burning body fat, strengthening your bones and joints, reducing injury risk, and improving heart health. To lift weights safely, it's important to start slow, take rest days, and always use proper form, along with an experienced lifting coach with legitimate credentials.
